I find myself facing mccree’s a lot, and the game play for him, just requires minimal skill.
Mccree shoots far too fast, with no recoil or punishment, all his shots always land in the same place even when his hand goes flying back and that just seems stupid to me.
His flash bang is just a way he can get a free kill, pressing e and shooting someone who is stood perfectly still, im sorry i dont see that as skilled at all and he does a lot of damage and kills someone with the fan the hammer way too fast, if that were a real life gun, that would have exploded in his hand. and he does this before the enemy can ever try to save themselves.
His roll allows him to reload? what? are you saying that while he is throwing himself on the floor for that 0.2 seconds, he is able to empty his gun and refill it again? thats just… idek
His ult, dont even get me started, pressing Q and locking on to everyones head in less that a second, in a 6 second ult? Allowing him to 1 shot them all with no skill required, no aim, and even more aimbot that soldier 76. That and it bursts through shields with ease allowing him to pick off everyone except 1 or 2. This ult seems to be way too overpowered.
Mccree is being played way too much, he needs to be nerfed
McCree is mostly fine, he needs a high damage weapon in order to make up for his boring kit.
Only things I could see nerfing is toning down the firerate slightly.
A slightly more subjective change? Making his flashbang a movement slowing/movement ability disabling skill with full stuns being reserved for direct impacts. Still accomplishes his flanker disabling goal, provides a skill ceiling and doesn’t remove player control
That and making flashbang more responsive because the activation time is terrible
Edit: Hell give McCree I frames on rolls, something to spice up the kit
I ain’t gonna lie. I’m like meh with hitscan. But McCree is just, ridiculously easy at times when I play him. His fire rate makes missing extremely forgiving when you let off another shot damn near instantly.
See what i mean, he is so easy to play, he doesnt need much mechanical skill, and just all in all, is OPAF

It’s really how it is with every hitscan though. It’s really just simple aiming to be good with them.
It’s usually just a bunch of aiming elitist’s who think they are special because they can aim, but can’t seem to play anything that isn’t pure aim?
Moira requires mechanical skill and conserving her resources, orbs and fade, if a moira does not conserve these, they’re pretty much screwed, and useless, Moira cant make someone stand still with an e and it takes her 4 seconds to kill a damage that isnt being healed, which doesnt happen often

as someone who has way too much time on mccree, kinda gotta agree except for this
his problem really is that thats ALL that he needs for the most part, he can get away with a lot. But i dont think its specifically problematic, there just need to be changes that enable other DPS to outperform him
Wow, this is textbook definition of a hero being “easy” just because they aren’t balanced properly. Like every hero before him only a year ago he was considered not only balanced but requiring skill to play, the most skill in fact. Tweak the balance and suddenly everyone forgets that those conversations happened and WHY he ended up getting buffed in the first place: because people thought he was too difficult to get value out of.

Okay. maybe without his roll he would be useless? idk, but i think the fan the hammer move is a bit broken, maybe put it on a cooldown, or remove it and make it so he can aim down the middle of his gun for more accurate shots
I’d much rather McCree lose everything but his Peacekeeper’s left click, give him a cloak to replace the FtH, it lasts 10 seconds and takes 20 seconds to recharge to full. But it has a 1 second cloak and decloak delay, so you can not attack while cloaked.
Also give him the ability to disguise as enemies currently on the team, and a knife that does 300 damage on a backstab. A hell give him a sticky bomb that does extra damage to buildings.
That would be perfect. 
replace roll with a 4 second cooldown instant reload and im sure most mccree players would be happy with that, its only really good for reloading, peaking angles fast, and falling off the map
I get what they were saying at first about mccree not having much skill to him other than aiming, and him being OP. (I mean even after the flashbang nerf he’s still top of the meta. It didn’t do jack sht to him). But then they said moira required mechanical skill
