I’m not upset that the dude is still getting work. As much as I don’t like that he was implicated in weird stuff, I ALSO would hate it if someone’s life was completely ruined due to implication alone. Its supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and not guilty/innocent because I said you are.
Matt Mercer isn’t Jesse McCree. Guilty until proven innocent is a legal term about criminal convictions, it has nothing to do with people’s right to associate with whoever they want.
What do you think my response should be? “Oh, you’re right! I’ll now consider people guilty whenever I feel like it regardless of what I feel is morally correct!”? Legal term or not, I think its very important, even essential, to assume at least most people aren’t horrible people just because someone made an accusation.
You guys are quick to parrot things like “that’s just a legal term” without considering if others know that, but think its important to apply to other facets of life. Its why a lot of you think you’re the good guys while unironically acting like the bad guys.

Those stuff had nothing to do with Matt, his VA. It was about some guy named McCree, who´s name was used for the character.
Maybe I was confused, but I remember hearing something about him too. Sometimes its tough for me to keep track of so many names.
