Pharah has been fine IMO for a long time, she is a very situational pick and is good against stuff like anti dive or torb cheese comps. She needs very little changes IMO.
And before Pharah change ends up being a console only nerf
I never felt she needed buffs, i always used her situationally to great success. She was my first main, too.

I’m a little worried at Jeff announcing that Pharah is possibly getting changes because I’ve always felt she was in a pretty good place.
I feel it’s gonna be a qol change, or a slight buff.
Don’t think they’ll go crazy with it, especially considering that Pharamercy is still strong, and console players still hate her.
Hopefully it’s a nerf for console.
