Nope, it’s gone since Street Fighter patch and is yet to be fixed. It’s actually just button and only for skins. You can select victory poses and hightlights just fine, it’s only missing for skins. And if you’ve had it set to favorites before it still functions, you just can’t select, so the feature itself is still there you just can’t access it.
