I have opened a ticket, but I didn’t get any useful information regarding the trust levels. I have been silenced 3 times and I would like to know if I can earn further trust levels (my current is 2). Would you mind to clarify whether am I restricted from gaining levels or not? I do not request the level criterias, rather the ability to gain them in future. Also, I am not interested to get information whether my progress has backtracked/undoed, because of silences. Just the ability to gain any…

If you refer to the forum trust levels, Blizzard Customer Support can’t access your forum account on the new platform. The general idea to gaining to Trust Level 3 is to be active at least 50 days of your last 100 days of visiting, and actively post and give likes to other posts.
Really thank you for the answer. There are a lot of people out there who claim that if you get silenced by a moderator, you cannot even step to level 3. That’s why I’m asking.
That is a possibility but it is based on each specific account action. Chances are if you are getting silenced on the forums, you will find it more difficult to get the higher trust levels. Unfortunately there is no way to really find out.
