Mauga's Ammunition Hero Setting Doesn't Function

Mauga’s ‘Ammunition Clip Size Scalar’ option in Hero Settings has no effect on his clip size.
It is always 350. Similarly, the ‘Set Ammo’ and ‘Set Max Ammo’ Workshop actions have no effect on Mauga.
