My bullets keep missing him whenever I shoot at him hes to small.

Mauga has one of the largest hitboxes in the game, making him insanely easy to hit. Seriously a blind gunman could hit him without even trying. If you’re missing, then you must be aiming at Narnia instead of Mauga.

If you’re missing Mauga, who has no defensive shielding to prevent bullets from hitting him, meaning the only thing he can do is duck behind cover to avoid your bullets? Then yes.
his head is oddly tiny relative to his body and really weird to hit. his hair doesn’t count as part of the hitbox so it obscures it
That’s why you don’t aim for his head.
Mauga is one of the hardest tanks to play in Season 9, because unlike every other tank (except Hog) he has no defensives that prevent him from taking damage. Hog is almost in the same boat as him, but Hog moves faster (slightly) and can heal on demand, where as Mauga’s heal is on a lengthy cooldown and can’t be spammed.
Which makes it incredibly easy to kill him, especially if your team has a Zen or Ana, because Mauga will drop like a lead brick if he has discord orb on him or can’t be healed due to Ana’s nade.

What abilities to block damage does jq have apart from her shout overhealth (which mauga also gets because of his passive)
He is hard to play because he is a poorly designed character that will never be balanced.
