Considering Mauga is based on the Overwatch PVE enemy the Talon Heavy, which was released before Raum, you have to question who is copying who.

didn’t sigma release 6 months before raum?
for those that don’t know sigma release actually stole maugas release because they didn’t feel he suited ow1 and sigmas weird shield, which i call bs on.
i 100% believe they had his kit down way before sigmas release
not only did they not want to clash with raum which is awkward ngl, but it created so much hype and look how important he is to the story, he’s even got his own map which is hated by nobody

It absolutely goes both ways. Fernando is a Rein ripoff, Brig is an Ash (Paladins) rip-off, Barik is a Torb rip-off, Kiriko is an Io rip-off

You aren’t wrong, Id say that Heavy Assault was the scrapped Mauga that turned into Sigma.
I will say the team and self life sustain on damage is a pretty Raum thing though.

Kiriko makes me think more of the girl character in Gunfire Reborn, with a Red and White Shinto priestess outfit that can throw Kunais, and heatseeking paper Ofuda talismans, and summons a fox spirit as their Ult.
