I am not a fan of the realism argument, but Meow-Ga seriously does not need armor health. They should stop being cowards and let him have his niche instead. He can have high damage if he is not immortal.

It has always been a weakness of OW. They think up characters and lore first, then worry about game balance later. That said any attempt at “logic” in OW died with Hanzo imo. Magic dragons that phase through walls but hurt only enemies sort of destroyed the sci-fi setting it was going for originally.
