Daily reminder that Mauga sucks, and he is one of the worst tanks ever to be added to OW. I think Muga might even be worse than the do everything lame hazard we just got, and I might even rather play against Zarya ffs. Absolute slog to play against Muga. Mauga=Cringe.
When are they gonna add Dmon to the tank roster instead of these obvious roid abusers? They look like gigantic buffalos.

Sigma most overbloated kit, legit ruined the game with double shield STILL ruins the game being broken on every poke map and insanely broken in 6v6.

Venom has a short ranged attack, lame tank
It’s like Overwatch and their tanks with the ability to crit only having shotguns and you wonder why nobody plays tank. That’s why Mauga is peak. Also playing aim tanks into shield tanks is zero fun, especially now that they babied tf outta Rein
Mauga used to shred Rein, then they buffed Reins armour, gave him more shields so boring
I actually think orisa is the tank that scales well with better aim. She used to have no fall-off back in earlier seasons of OW2 I believe, but that has been nerfed. Even with the fall-off nerf, if you have good aim on orisa, you can still get a lot of elims.
Wrecking ball’s gun can also headshot too and requires skill to aim. But I feel like his TTK got nerfed in OW2. Since I remember I used to be able to kill squishies much faster back in OW1. Though to be fair, wrecking ball was one of the most OP tank back in OW1 though. You could even spawn camp the supports on wrecking ball and a lot of the times, the supports couldn’t do anything about it (since they lacked kiriko).
People don’t want to play tank because of Counterwatch. (something that Sojourn makes worse lol)
Not because of headshots.
Rein has always been one of the most popular tanks, not being able to headshot did not affect him at all.

Orisa is another one true, lasering Mercy players as Mauga is peak tank experience tho, they never expect it

Mauga is easily my favorite tank, I’m so glad they added him.
Right after I typed this out, I just saw patch notes of marvel rivals giving peni the ability to crit next season LOL.
Even said they should make emma frost crit earlier

So mabye the perception of orisa’s TTK going up could be more due to S9 global health changes instead. Since I remember getting rolled by good orisa players back in earlier seasons of OW2 as a support lol.
Nowadays, I’m finding it much easier to survive against good orisa players and they don’t seem to be dominating the lobby as much even if they are good.

Tanks are supposed to be short ranged. Having tanks with an effective range over 20 meters should not ever be a thing. That’s poor design.
Mauga is literally the most boring tank that there is. Playing him is as exciting as watching grass grow.
