Mauga asked Sombra to look for a guy they both knew and Sombra said that they don’t want to be found and sombra refused to look for them.
Are they referring to a character we’ve already seen in-game or is this a new character that will be added in the future?

I think he’s referring to Baptiste since Mauga was Baptiste’s friend/Comrade in Talon

he means Baptiste, don’t worry.
The voice line activates when Baptiste is not around. “canonically”, in the lore the two have never met again after the short story.
