- Rage gain calculates before DMG reduction effects
[NEW] Ability 1 - Anger Management
Mauga consumes 50 Rage, empowering his next ability within 3s:
- Mauga cannot empower the same ability for 8s after its Rage Effect ends
- Can be cast during any action; (except when Stunned)
Primary Fire - Incendiary Chaingun
DMG reduced to 3 - 1; (from 4 - 1.2)
Fire rate increased to 20/s; (from 18/s)
Burn DMG increased to 20/s; (from 15/s)
Dual firing increases fire rate to 30/s
Dual firing reduces secondary effects by 75%
Can no longer deal critical DMG
Rage Effect:
For 5s, allies within 12m apply Incendiary Chaingun’s burning effect instantly and the burn now inflicts -20% healing reduction for its duration

New Effect:
Hitting an enemy 10 times with Volatile Chaingun marks them for 3s, Mauga gains Overhealth equal to 100% of Volatile Chaingun’s DMG dealt and 50% of DMG dealt by other abilities to that target; (Overhealth capped at 200 HP)
Rage Effect:
For 5s, allies within 12m gain Overhealth equal to 50% of the DMG they deal and instantly apply Volatile Chaingun’s mark on foes hit;
- Overhealth capped at 100 for Tanks, and 25 for non-Tanks
- Ally Overhealth decays at 33% per second, once Rage effect ends
- Effect lingers on allies for 2s after leaving area of effect
[NEW] Ability 2 - Reflective Rampart - 12s CD
Mauga projects a frontal facing barrier that covers his upper-half for 2.5s which deflects most projectiles in random directions; (makes enemy projectiles friendly, but blocks the same type of projectiles as D.Va Defense Matrix / Sigma Kinetic Grasp)
- Can be cast during Overrun
- Cannot be cast while firing weapons
- DMG dealt by Rage Effect counts toward Berserker
Rage Effect
Reflective Rampart now redirects most projectiles to Mauga’s target direction and Reflective Rampart’s CD is reduced by 0.25s per projectile reflected
Ability 3 - Overrun
Now only Knockback immune
DMG reduction removed
Critical Stomp DMG reduced to 100; (from 150)
Rage Effect
Mauga burns foes he collides with and Stomp creates a fiery patch for 3.5s that deals Burning DMG to foes who stand on it
Ultimate - Cage Fight
Barrier reshaped into a large dome, instead of cylinder
Can be cast during Overrun; (ends with Stomp)
Ultimate cost reduced to 2300; (from 2650)
Barrier HP reduced to 1000; (from 1500)
Duration reduced to 6s; (from 8s)
No longer reloads Mauga’s weapons
Rage Effect
Mauga gains infinite ammo and removes his Volatile Chaingun Overhealth cap
- Excess overhealth decays at 33% per second once ultimate ends; (down to 200)
