I think there’s a little issue on your matchmaking system after the last rank reset that made your system not fair at all with the players. Not even with the new ones.
Fortunately for you, I can’t attach any screenshot on this post, but I had these days a lot of not balanced matches. And that’s all because your system is deciding to put people that never played ranked matches in ranks like platinum or even higher. Is that the objective? And if true, what that means? You devs are thinking that gold and platinum players have the same skill that someone that never played before? Can we report devs for this kind of harassment to gold and platinum rank players?
I hope is something you are seriously trying to solve, but right now, it’s a lottery to have a fair match on this ranks.
