Your competitive matchmaking system leaves a lot to be desired. How is it possible that Diamond players can queue together with SILVER players? Simply allowing these premade groups creates a terrible experience for everyone else in the match.
On top of that, solo queue players are regularly matched against full premade groups. That alone is already a significant disadvantage for anyone playing by themselves, since coordinated teams naturally have a huge advantage over random teammates.
Please do something about this. Many players came back to give Overwatch another chance, but if matchmaking continues like this, they’ll end up leaving again—just like they did when Overwatch 2 launched.

It happening and the match sucking doesn’t mean that caused the match to suck.

Matchmaking sucks big time, I was plat2 before last rankreset. Now im silver5 and getting rolled bigtime, going bronze for sure.. Its impossible to play atleast in silver cos there can be placements going more than 1 player on time in that match. There is good or terribly player.. Or just that full team against soloplayers. Allready thinking if i have to go marvel rivals and say goodbye to overwatch, cos this is not fun anymore. Match balances is not ok now.
Not sure what match making has to do with you being unable to win games.
But ultimately if you’ve convinced yourself something’s wrong, then you shouldn’t play the game any more. (Match making in rivals is significantly worse)
you seem to have no point in your comments. matchmaking makes too unbalanced games. thats wrong. Its no way there is in silver players who do 25-0 stats on support, like last played match.
Stats are meaningless less.
Your rank has nothing to do with how many kills you can get, how much healing you do. Your rank is about you winning and losing. That’s it.
So yeah, there will be silver players who are mechanically better than you. There will also be players worse than you.
Has been broken since 2022 and they won’t fix it because Team 4 is filled with stubborn children DEVS.
