I seriously wonder how your matchmaking is working. How is it possible to lose 9 games in a row while having top stats on both supports, me and my duo? We play with Diamonds and Plats, yet we get either one tank and one DPS who are completely useless, or both DPS are bad, or at least one of them every single game. Meanwhile, I’m playing against Masters literally Masters with level 100 Genji and similar players.
Can you explain why I can’t get teammates at my own level? Why do I have to play with smurfs who clearly belong in Silver or Gold, while I’m forced to play against Masters? I don’t even know how to describe these people anymore. Are you willing to bring this issue to your next meeting with your bosses? Because this matchmaking is making the game so trash that it genuinely makes players want to uninstall and go play Marvel Rivals instead.
You are losing your player base purely because you refuse to fix or update your matchmaking system, and that is beyond embarrassing. Sorry for my English, but I think it’s more than clear what I’m trying to say. Please DO SOMETHING. Your game is literally dying because of this.
New update: last week I played a lot of competitive, and what happened? I got muted for 14 days because I was defending my duo, who was playing support. I also told people to swap at the beginning in a nice way, and then maybe a bit more angrily.
How is it possible to get Plat players who have only 2 wins on their account and clearly belong in Wood, with a 20-loss streak and 20 deaths?
About your chat system: we are not snowflakes who die after 2–3 bad words directed at us. Why can I get suspended for defending myself or my duo, or for telling people that they are simply bad at the hero they are playing? Why is everyone offended so easily?
