Matchmaking isn't broken, the game is just dead

MM had been broken, and it has been further exacerbated by player loss.
MM sucks → people quit → MM gets worse. It’s a vicious cycle, and Blizzard isn’t digging out of the hole it’s dug itself into.

Bad developers can’t make a good matchmaker.
