Hopped into a game today, everyone ranked is master (my guess is we were around 3.6k, but unranked players stopped the average sr). Throughout the match I noticed my fellow dps was underperforming a fair bit. I checked his profile to see if he was playing a hero he’s not good at etc. only to find this dude has been plat for 11 seasons, never touched diamond much less reached master. We got rolled, i avoided him and proceeded to stomp him next game. Who knows how many games he is going to ruin. How is it even possible to be over placed this much? Somethings going on with the mmr

Yeah there’s been a huge skill difference between the roles, forcing a stomp almost every match I’ve seen.

Fortunately, I am in Bronze, these things do not concern me or the many smurfs that come down here for easy sport.

Agreed. The matchmaker is all kinds of messed up now.

We had “diamond” genji in our team today, who played top hours on genji last few seasons and he was placed low plat every time. He was literally placed diamond for the first time in role que beta.
Many of our matchmakings had this anomaly.

This is a real struggle as a Support. I’ve lost all but one of my games today but have consistently got gold heals (15-30k). It’s felt like there’s nothing more I can do the last few games.
