Matchmaking in "Stadium" mode is still broken!

We’re already in Season 2 of “Stadium” mode, and the ranked matchmaking is still not working correctly. Currently, I’m ranked Pro 5 in the Support role, but I keep getting teammates in Damage and Tank roles from the entire rank pool – from Bronze all the way up to Gold. It’s obvious these players are of low skill, but I’m forced to play with them, and usually lose because of it.
How long are you going to keep turning a blind eye to this issue?

It’s not broken, it’s working as intended. It forces you to lose until you are at 50% winrate.
I climbed up to All-Star with 65% winrate and since yesterday, only legend / GM / top 500 players in front. Most of the games the second DPS does maximum 500 damage per round. And for today, I had 6 team mates who decided to leave in the first round. And 4 of the few wins I was able to make were cancelled by Blizzard.

What nonsense are you talking about? This is not normal! I was just playing with two Bronze players while I’m ranked Pro! This should not be happening!

Very much broken still so much for
" To help folks settle into their matchmaking rating (MMR), we shipped Stadium with an internal modifier that helps calibrate the MMR for new players. The problem is that it was being applied to all Stadium players, not just new players, which caused matches to be wider than initially expected. We’ll be patching this out on June 3 alongside a standard balance patch. We expect matches in Stadium to even out over the next few weeks."

Just played with a new player while the rest of us were Elite-Pro. All they care about is making money instead of fixing the game. I might go back to Marvels, came back here because Stadium looked/was fun.

In Overwatch Stadium Season 2, I keep bouncing between All-Star 3 and All-Star 5. Every time I reach the top of All-Star 3, matchmaking puts me with rookies and novices, and I only get stomped game ( 0-4) until I drop to All-Star 5 with 0 points. Then, the matches become normal again, and I climb back up to All-Star 3 — and the cycle repeats.

It’s a bit different from Season 1, where every time I was one win away from ranking up a division, the game would match me with rookies or novices until I lost a full division instead. Then, once I dropped, matches would go back to normal and I’d climb back up — reaching the rank I should have had in the first place. And it was like that for all division until I reached All-Star 2.

It reminds me of the start of Overwatch 2, when I got reset from Master to Silver. Every time I started a new placement cycle, it began with a 6W-0L win streak, then suddenly I’d get matched with beginners and finish the cycle 7W-10L. It took me 7 full cycles before matchmaking stopped doing that. Despite playing with a Master level in Silver, it took me around 100 games just to climb out of Silver.

I think the definitive proof is that a friend of mine who have not played comp in years got to legend 5 with ridiculous winrate on Dva while having no clue about the builds people play (literally had to explain to her how tank builds work) and I had to climb to all star through blood and sweat. What this mode does is paints your rank over but matches people based on your external MMR to protectthe casual players. THis gamer mode is not at all competitive cuz you can get to legend while having piss low MMR and you will be matched based on that. All done so that precious casuals would not match against a GM player who has their first match in Stadium
