Hello, today I encountered a problem while playing Competitive Stadium. I repeatedly get tank players on my team with the rank Contender 2, while my rank is All-Star 4. The difference is only supposed to be a maximum of 10 divisions, but in this case the gap is 13 divisions. Please fix this issue — it negatively affects not only my gameplay experience, but also that of other players.

Their MMR was probably higher than the visible rank.
Nonsense, we’re told mmr is closely correlated to rank now.

Yes. In normal ranked.
In stadium. It will be out of align when you first play as it’ll use MMR from normal ranked to match you, but baseline your rank. They’ll converge in time as you play more.
So that is why you’re likely to see a disparity. Especially at the end of a season, where thee might be people trying it for the first time.
