Did a change come through today for matchmaker? Feels like my plat and diamond games have been filled with silver bots.

Same here. Looks like i’m going from dia1 to bronze. During today almost plat from dia1. I can´t do nothing about it as a support. My dps does 6k dmg vs enemy 17k dmg etc etc etc
Its the same in every rank as far as I can tell.
Dear blizzard I really hope your reading this I have played your games for more than a decade I love your games but they need some work I recently started playing overwatch 2 on PS4 and I left a competitive match on purpose because my other teammates and enemy team were not similar skill level I ask you to please put in a skill based matchmaking system that goes by kill/death ratio, healing per min, damage mitigation, and win lose percentage so that way the matches are more balanced and more fun to play when you have a mix bag of differently skilled players it becomes very frustrating when your trying your hardest but your teammates aren’t as skilled competitive play should be for people who take the game seriously and not just a casual gamer get rid of the ranking system it sucks
P.s. the suspension and banning for leaving a competitive match is unfair why should I be punished because my teammates weren’t trying hard enough or good enough I play games to have fun and if my teammates suck and we lose I’m not having fun because I know in my heart that if I had similar skilled teammates we would win or at least a lose I can be happy with instead of a crushing defeat because of defective teammates
Also suspensions are really sucky for people with bad internet or the power goes out plus if you have a job and your coming home to play a video game having to wait hours cause you left a game early sucks
