Ok, so this is a bit of a weird inquiry, but I was wondering how to find out what my current Widowmaker scoped sensitivity would be if I were to convert it to unscoped.
The reason I ask is that I would like to try to get a bit more consistent sens with some of the heroes, and currently, I tend to end every game widow with ~60-70% scoped accuracy and I feel extremely comfortable with it, however, once I swap to Mccree my normal unscoped sensitivity seems a tad too high and I overshoot a lot resulting in only ~30-40% accuracy.
I know there are methods of finding a scoped sens based on your normal sens but I’m looking to reverse that.
Currently, my OW sensitivities are:
DPI: 1600
(Unscoped) Sensitivity: 2.78
(Scoped) Sensitivity: 0 (which defaults to 30 IIRC, I tried 38 but that is also too sensitive for me)
I can not seem to find any tools that may help me work backward to determine my sensitivity for hit scans that have no scope.
Edit: Reworded the post slightly and rounded numbers because using roughly x% felt weird when also using specific numbers.
37.89 and 40 are 2 of the theroetical numbers that gives 1:1 scope. But as some people tested, the scope itself in matter of sens is non-linear based on distance u want to move acorss.
As for tools,

I understand that part, but the thing is I would like to take my current scoped sens relative to my normal sens (so 30 at 2.78) so I can instead find out what normal sens is best to use for me on other heroes.
So its a bit of the reverse of what people normally try to figure out.
Multiply them together, then divide it by either 37.89 or 40, and get the equivilant normal sens. If I understand what u mean correctly, that is.
Since scope sens is a % multiplier on your normal sens but also have a scope x multiplier.
hmm I will give that a try then, so if I did the math correctly that means I should put mccree’s sens to 2.2.
thank you for the assistance!

has this worked for you? i am trying to do the same thing
there is a site called mouse-sensitivity that has the option to compare view-speeds between different fovs. you need to pay for it though (3 dollars a month).
37.89 is what’s closest to your defualt sens
