This never used to happen for me. Used to play game fine with around 130fps and I currently dont have any problems with any other games. I uninstalled the game ( for obvious reasons 
) a few months then reinstalled a few weeks ago and ever since I installed my game has been having big fps drops, like the game freezes for 2 seconds or so every 10 seconds which is so crappy in comp. This normally happens after playing a few games. NO IT IS NOT the temperature my CPU temp never surpasses 60 ° C and my GPU never goes over 70 ° C. I run the game on lowest settings by the way and pretty sure my drivers are all up to date.

following cause having the same problem. Since the even came out I’ll have random FPS drops and my latency shoots up

That might be it to be honest. I reinstalled the game during the event and thats when I got fps issues. My latency is fine though. I mean it shoots up a lot but always been like that cuz xfinity + east cost sucks
I don’t recall what my FPS drops as, but I can tell on screen it does and my latency goes from 60-80. I wouldn’t care if it was stable cause I can play on 100 ping just fine when it’s stable (when I play with west coast friends) but the spikes kill me
