HI there, im having the same issue, impossible to play OW more than 1 game and it occasionaly crash on d3, wow and heartstone. I got many code error and more than 30 reports were sent to blizzard. I also had a DxGmm2Sys failure. Many game in freeze. Blue screen and auto reboot. Looking in many forums, microsoft and their new win10 seems to be a huge part of the problem, some say that the windefender might be part of issue…its a huge problem you guys got to deal with here i think. Note that i changed my rams, new window install and my graph car is new and after doin all tests, i’m really started to be pissed of. The weird thing is that when i play other games than blizzard…nothing crash…and thats pretty weird. Hope u guys find the problem cause it seems that a LOT of gamers in all communities i looked have this problem…
Can you provide more specific details on this. If you mix and matched ram sticks, this will cause immediate problems for most games.
Also can you provide a DxDiag file for us?
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
- Open the file in Windows Notepad, then press Ctrl+A to select all text, then Ctrl+C to copy all text to the clipboard.
- Start a new reply, and type two sets of four squiggly lines and then place the cursor in between and press Ctrl+V to paste the Contents in a code block. Example:
