After queueing for a few hours today, much like every other day, I have suffered through Busan and Nepal at least 7 or more times each. There is very clearly a KOTH and 2CP modifier or bias to the system since hybrid/escort are absolute rarities, King’s Row being the rarest.
You may feel the urge to dismiss this as not a bug but this is a HUGE impediment on the UX of the product.
I thought I was biased about that, then I start count, every 10 games I play it is at least 3 koth maps, usually 4, and sometimes all of them getting played in this frame. I never get something like r66 or rialto 2x in 10 games for example.
My account is constantly stuck with an EXP penalty because I will leave QP matches when it’s the second time I’ve played the map that day or it’s Paris/Horizon. I’ve never seen a Hybrid or Escort heavy day but I have seen Busan 3x in a row, 3 different matches (not returning to the match I previously left).
I go days without seeing King’s Row specifically.
at least you have an option to leave, cause I play freaking competitive only =)
I go through phases. Hit a comp losing streak stick with QP for a bit. I see the same issue in comp tho. A large bias toward the Team Death Match maps like Busan. Sorry, king of the hill (lol).
