Make Sombra unplayable garbage again, please

I don’t care about “keeping hero identity.” I don’t want a hero that makes so many other picks obsolete. You are never going to be able to have a strong invis char that is not going to be annoying. Make her bad, nobody cares. Everyone is happy when sombra is bad and nobody is happy when she is strong.

P.S I love when this happens to me. Again, people got very upset that their beloved character’s design was criticized and false flagged it. The automated system removed the post, but then the manual review restored it because there is no tos broken in this post. Just some people’s feelings are broken down in the replies. Keep false flagging me, cuz you ran out of ‘arguments.’ You can do nothing but use illegitimate ways to silence me, and that’s not gonna work either.
What a pathetic attempt lol.

As an unreasonable person then you excluded yourself from any meaningful conversation.

We don’t need to make hero pool bland. What we need is to keep it diverse - this is main selling point of hero shooters!

She was strong in OW1. It just took a good amount of time to learn how to play her. She is the first and wont be the last who has abilities set to automatic now.

That’s just my opinion.

Now you don’t need to learn her. I played her 2-3 matches and she is monstrous. Me, who is like super bad on flanking and dpsing.

I would prefer junk, torb and sym to be dumpstered before sombra ngl…

If that’s so, one-trick Sombra to T500 then you can actually talk.

Not saying she will climb you to t500. She is very annoying. Try to play heroes that cannot immediately react. Before you hacked the enemy and you had to land a crazy accuracy of clip on a squishy to end them. Now you just hack, press E and they are dead.

Whiners like you are the reason why this game is going downhill. Nerf everything you don’t like.

Yes, everyone enjoys playing against sombra, it’s just me one whiner.

No, it isn’t just you.

It’s those of you who think frustrating = should be dumpstered.

I do prefer if she maintained a niche so that we would see her less; however, I would also expect that she is viable within that niche.

Not sure how anyone else felt, but I thought she was in a decent spot before the rework. Same as Hog is in an alright spot now. These reworks are totally unnecessary.

TBH if my options are

  1. Frustrating heros are dumpstered and nobody plays them
    or
  2. Frustrating heros are meta/in every game

I’ll take 1). Not saying Sombra is frustrating (I haven’t felt that yet) but there’s a lot of heros that should be dumpstered/remain in the dumpster until Blizz gets off their behind and revises basic design issues.

It’s too early to tell if #2 is even happening lmao people want to try the changes.

If she is meta then I’m sure she’ll get a nerf somewhere.

Yeah I’m not saying Sombra deserves that treatment at all rn I’m just saying I don’t mind annoying heros being bad/unplayed.

Hard to tell so far since it’s only been 2 days. My biggest problem with the rework so far is it seems braindead easy to spawncamp any <250 hp hero without self healing

You could spawn kill Bastion with relative ease as well. Perhaps even some of the tanks, namely Doomfist, depending on the skill discrepancy.

Plenty of people care actually lol don’t go projecting your garbage takes on everyone

Why

Try to play junkrat in higher ratings when there’s Sombra. Try to play any squishy in higher ratings that has no immediate answer to Sombra. You get melted. I think the game balance should be done properly in a way that does not harm the gameplay in all levels. It’s hard, but again, they keep decreasing weapon spread for all heroes (Soldier, Sojourn, Torb, Bastion, Dva, Tracer, now Ball and Sombra) which translates into high damage. They make heroes easy to play, but if these heroes are easy and too powerful, in good hands the lobby is being dominated by them. I am not saying the players who do it are wrong. You can go bastion and melt Winston if you want, the game allows you to do that. It’s just it’s not fun. Having to deal with a perma invis char who can literally melt you in 1-2 seconds and escape is not fun. Whoever says it’s fun, is either Sombra main like Andough, who is clearly biased in this topic, or those who have super contrarian nature.

Congrats, now in his/her opinion you should be dumpstered because he/she is emotionally invested in his/her OP char already and doesn’t want to be exposed in any type of criticism.

Before sombra was hacking someone and then had to show crazy spray control in order to kill even a single squishy. Now just press E and land 15% of your shots, the target is dead. And the target is hacked, cannot escape properly. There is a clear attempt to make her easy.

Who are the plenty people? You and Andough? Two people are called plenty now? Every time Sombra was too powerful, she was tuned down, showing how wrong you are. People hate her being powerful, rightfully.

Personally, I’ve not seen Sombra be an issue. Many people still are unable to play her well due to the whole stealth thing in the first place. The main difference is all the people that try to play flankbra just end up dying even more now for screwing up.

The people who have issue with her tend to be the one trick players. The people who are so damn obstinate about trying to suffer through anything rather than actually have a good time on another hero.

The counters she previously had such as Torbjorn and Brigitte are even stronger than ever before with the whole flankbot style of play. You have one brig or one torb on your team and everything is instantly better. She can’t run away anymore as easily.
