Title says it all.
Another idea was embraced with Reaper’s Shrug from the Uprising comic, and it got added in-game as a Spray, Emote, and Victory Pose. Another meme was also embraced during the 2018 Anniversary Event, in the form of Genji’s “You need healing” voice line being added in-game.
Why not pay homage to something that has become an incredibly popular meme on the forums, and add Popcorn Moira as an in-game spray as well?
As long if they can get the permission of the artist am I all in for having this available as a spray in the game.

I don’t think the artist would have a problem with it personally. It would be certainly honorable to have a creation of one’s own in a game as popular as Overwatch
