Really was such a pointless addition to the game
Yeah, it even used to give 1 whole Battle-Pass level, and now it gives 4K exp, which is only 4/10.
It was a good idea made pointless because Blizzard couldn’t be bothered to do anything with it, and it became even more pointless when the 3 different endorsement types were merged into one.

The worst part about it is when you played a match where no one deserves one, but you still want to do it for the XP…
only thing endorsment does right now is allow you to use streamer mode…
They gave me the name IMALREADYTRACER once. I chuckled as I remember the song.
I wish they’d make the game try to exclusively (though obviously not always, imagine the q times lmfao) put players with high endorsement together and vice versa. Nice people get nice people in their games and people who suck do not.
Endorsements should have been something that was:
I think endorsements mean more because they don’t give any tangible rewards. A level five got there without any real incentive to do so. A level five in an endorsement system with rewards will always be assumed to be a level five purely to get the rewards and for no other reason.
I feel good when people endorse me at the end of a game

dude just played with 2 guys who threw a qp to have ‘‘fun’’ doin nanovalk, letting the rest of the team die, endorsment 5 ofc, end 5 means only you play support or tank.
I’d love a nano valk if I had friends to play with lmao. Lame to throw games but if they were trying aside from the dumb ultimate, I give em a pass
cool. but if they do a qp like that means they don’t care, so I don’t care too and I just go on autopilot.
Yea and when I get to that same point, I just give up on OW for the night because I’m frustrated. Not gonna waste my life playing something I’m not enjoying

5k xp every two weeks is a joke. I just like how the 5 looks next to my tag. Wouldnt matter if the number wasnt there tbh.
Endorsement system in this game is the very definition of superflous.
