I have been playing a lot of support recently. First I think that Blizzard should be aiming to make healers more fun to play because I found myself only having fun as an aggressive Lucio. I also think they should have made Echo a healer.
My goal is to make echo a healer and also keep her balanced.
Primary fire.
Projectiles would work like Ana (can do damage and heals)
Projectiles would also give an instant heal of 35 health
secondary fire would work like a more focused version of Genjis
secondary fire.
Her orbs .
Would reduce the damage that hero can put out by 20%
Or replace orbs with field than can lower enemy Dmg output while in it
Her beam
Instead of damage it would be healing. works the same.
Would keep flying ability

Don’t make Echo a healer, make a new healer and let the dps have Echo

I would like to play Dps but I am usaly playing in a group of 3 and I’m
the best support out of all of them so I’m stuck in that role when we play comp.

Because everyone would love to give up having a healer to have a 3rd tank🤷♀️
It’s much easier to give up a dps than it is to give up a healer for 15 seconds at a time.
Thats a shame tbh.
I hate being the designated support/tank when queueing with friends so I stopped playing with them.
My sr has dramatically improved playing the roles I want.

She’s a dps, and will stay that way. If they change her to a support, there will be people complaining about it (because they enjoyed her DPS kit, like myself) forever (imagine the “bring back echo 1.0” threads). The should just make a new support

Thats true I saw way too many compilations of Echo and mercy the first day she was out. She is also a good pick in stead of Pharah for air.
Please stop. It just sounds pathetic at this point.
