I don’t want to break my left click too early. I can’t afford a new one too. Gpro wireless is about 70 buck, but minimun wage is only 15 buck/day in my country.

Well not sure of this will work cus it works in apex legends but if you Bind scroll wheel to LmB on Ashe only it should be a temporary fix to your predicament
Just bind left click to scroll wheel as secondary.
When will people learn that these big corps dont care about us no matter how trivial or big the issue is.
