I don’t know if people listen to these things, but I just wanted to make a suggestion for the main menu/options menu. To get to settings, you have to press escape, which pulls up Social, Challenges, Career Profile, Options, Patch Notes, and Credits. You can directly access Social, Challenges, and Career Profile on the left side list or the top right corner. I think it would make it a little more streamlined to remove Social, Challenges, and Career Profile from the left side and put Patch Notes and Credits in their place, with Escape taking you straight into the Options
If it’s so much of a problem that you need to make 1 keypress and then 1 click of your mouse, as opposed to just 1 click of your mouse, I suggest not using a computer whatsoever. Sounds like it might be too complicated for you.
Well it’s just annoying. Sometimes I need to adjust some settings and I get hella confused for a few seconds as I try to find the options button. Same when I’m looking for replays.
How have you been playing this game since 2016 and find yourself lost in the menus? I can navigate to any screen in the menu with my eyes closed at this point. There are certain things that I can agree are somewhat difficult to find, but just getting to the settings menu is not hard.
OW1 had the options and highlights buttons on the main screen. OW2 has the battle pass related stuff in their place. I get confused cause I’ve been going from the mains screen straight to options for years.
Plus why does the game need three different ways to go to challenges from the main menu?? Four if you count the button that literally says ‘go to challenges’ when there’s an event going on.
It is like they knew the menu is a bad mess so they put a shortcut button.
Srsly, it takes 1000 presses just to go back from a match to the gallery.
