So… I met this specimen a couple of minutes ago:

Completely destroying the enemy team in a bronze game, boasting how he would only get 1 day of ban on one of his 10 accounts for doing what he’s doing.

It got me wondering, how is this guy not banned?

He is obviously throwing and has been doing it consistently for more than one season, how does going down from masters until bronze pass unnoticed?

Are our reports really worth anything?

Can we do anything more than reporting people with the in game report function?

It brought a stupid smile to my face but it was very shortly lived because then i remember what he said about having 10 accounts and getting banned for only one day.
