Lucio's Soundwave can't be used with 0 ammo

A few updates ago Lucio’s Soundwave was changed, since it was the only skill that also consumed ammo. Now the skill doesn’t consume ammo anymore, but it still cant be used, when the gun’s ammo is at 0. I often want to use Soundwave as a way to push an enemy back after I fired my last shots, but it doesn’t work and I have to reload first. For me this makes absolutely no sense. If a skill doesn’t consume ammo, then it shouldn’t need ammo to be activated. I hope this is a leftover if statement in the code from the time the skill still used ammo and is considered a bug that gets fixed.

apparently it’s already fixed on PTR and should be live soon.
