There’s a lot of discrepancies in Lucio’s bio, like how a poor dude from one of the warmest places in the earth has an interest in winter sports, but they said he’s Brazilian, so until he gets retconed, he goes “huehue”, not “eh”.

His voice actor doesn’t speak portuguese though. At least he tried

Yup. I speak portuguese and can hear his accent. But the actor didnt speak portuguese, so he did prettty well IMO.

more or less, his Voice actor fit the role they wanted for Lucio, but people wanted these voice lines, so he did his best to do it. Also I can’t understand why is odd for him to be interested in a type of sport, just because of where he from.

Does she really sound bad? I thought her voice actress was really Russian. Or maybe Ukrainian. Idk. I doubt I’d be able to distinguish Ukrainian Russian from Russian Russian. :thinking:

as russian i can tell - she’s really bad. She sounds like “bad russians” from hollywood movies.

I believe the voice actress was Bulgarian or something that’s why there is an accent. What I don’t get is why they couldn’t just take voicelines from Russian version of the game. Same goes for Shimada bros, their ults sound different in Japanese version for some reason
