Lucio healing is too low to make a difference for tanks. Lucio just sucks other than his sound barrier.
His boop is incredible crowd control, his speed boost is super good for tanks, his damage up close is respectable, and his mobility is amazing.

His speed boost is why he’s been a must-pick for half of the game’s history.
His healing is fine IMO. He’s meant for AOE, not for consistent per-target healing.

Lucio is too good at fighting damage heroes 1v1, and I say this as a rather mediocre Lucio player.
Ana is too good at EVERYTHING, and I say this an absolutely trash Ana.
Is this just trolling? Lucio has always been one of the most OP hero in almost every meta.
The ability to speed people away from the damage is better than just raw healing most of the time.

Theres never been a time where Lucio wasn’t a high tier pick. His healing is low but helps sustain on the point and his utility is unmatched.

Yeah, if you can hit him.
Lucio doesn’t enable facetanking the way that Moira and Ana do… but that steady healing for the entire team helps ensure that the main healer is able to focus on tanks and/or people who are critical without having to divide their attention to get chip-damaged teammates back into the fight. It’s enormously helpful.
He also has his speed and his boop which are superb tools for peeling for tanks.

He meant Lucio is a healer for squishy, little did he know Lucio covers the most glaring weakness of most tanks: Closing in the distance at will.
Dude probably only ever plays Orisa, who just wants to set up shop and never move for the rest of the game.

I think I read a few of his posts before, he think OW is only all about put up shields, then try to break enemy shields faster than they are breaking his, then get healed up, rinse and repeat till the end of time.
There is no room for speed in his OW formula.
