Lucio Emote still locked

I have the all-access pass, linked to the right account and everything but still the emote is locked for me. help?

Have you tried going to the OverwatchLeague twitch then tried going on Loot? You may have to click on the Lucio Emote then press Redeem.

Bought the tokens but won’t unlock it for me

Because you can’t buy it with tokens.

When did you last check this? There was a small update yesterday that removed the token symbol and showing it as only purchasable through the All Access Pass.

It dosen’t show it anymore for me. It still shows the emote, but it says it’s locked. Either way, it is definitely locked. You can request for a refund using this link Here
