One shot heroes punish splitting up. All of them have a lot of weaknesses outside of their one shot in order to make it fair. Like widowmaker doing close to no damage outside of her burst so if she doesnāt headshot targets by shooting a shield or missing she provides close to no value.
So if your team doesnāt stay together getting picks is a great punishment.
Noting bad about one shots as long that you create enough counters from each role. Currently I think it would be nice to have more support counters for Widow but except for that I donāt think thereās any one shot dps that is op because of its one shot aloneā¦ At least not when shields are a thing

Eh, her positioning is relatively simple, especially given her escape abilities. Shooting small things isnt a massively impressive skill, its just aiming. Hitting while moving or with projectiles is harder.
She needs her kit rebalancing away from her 1 shots tbh.
