Low FPS after patch

Hello! I have always gotten 144fps in Overwatch (I have a 144HZ monitor), but as of today, for some reason my frames have been capped at 50fps. My question is - is there a solution to this “bug”? Thank you!

FIXED Guys! It was Razer Synapse for some reason! I uninstalled both Razer Synapse 2 and 3! It worked!

i am running overwatch on a computer that has always ran it flawlessly. the issue seems to be when i select a character (even in training grounds) my fps drops from 70 to roughly somewhere around 11fps when the issue started i suspected it was my internet service provider, so i called them and gave them a good fussing and even after my bandwidth had improved the problem still persisted, so i went through your standard troubleshooting process, i uninstalled and reinstalled, i logged out of battle…
