After the Tracer’s Comic Challenge update, when I launch the game, I am around 12 FPS. I have tried changing settings, I just updated my drivers, I went through the options to delete + recreate the Battle.net and Blizzard Launcher folders. I am still at ~12 FPS (or less!) in the menu screen.

But if you never used Razer, then the problem is likely that the wrong GPU is being used. Can you add your DxDiag?
