I played Overwatch for years on and off. I believe I have not played since 2020? or if I did it was brief.
Anyway, I downloaded my game again today. same account same log in same everything… when I logged into the game I noticed that a lot / all of my stats and play time was wrong for most all of my characters. even when I select “all time” options for overall stats of all heroes it only says I have played Junkrat for 2 hours but I mained him for months straight.
in addition to this issue I also noticed that some heroes do NOT have skins that I DID own. I bought the carbon fiber skin for orisa once she came out! but when i logged into her page I only had a couple basic skins. I had the majority of her purchasable skins and carbon fiber was my main go to.
I have just looked at other heroes and I am missing a lot too. I do not have my witch outfit for mercy, I do not have half my highlight intros for multiple characters, and it seems like its affecting about 50% or more of the heroes, other ones appear to have everything (though their play time says 0) Is there any way to fix this issue or trace what happened? this is years and dozens if not hundreds of lost hours of items and cosmetics that most are time and event locked. I also am 99% sure I purchased the game of year edition or whatever but I dont have any of the skins associated with that. I am very confused. I know for a fact I had that Carbon skin for Orisa and the witch one for Mercy. So IDK whats up with all that jazz

I’m kinda having the same issue here,I haven’t played for like 2 years and when i came back recently,some of heroes gallery items (mostly special events skins : atlantic skins, pink mercy , Winston’s blizzcon , some 2021 halloween skins & … ) were disappearred but I clearly remember them they were shown even if I couldn’t buy them anymore . I tried “scan & fix” but it didn’t work also i didn’t see anyone else having the exact same issue.
