I linked my battlenet account to my xbox account and i managed to log into the game and i’ve lost EVERYTHING from OW1. My levels and skins. What the hell. Your telling me i’ve put over 10+ days worth of hours just to have to restart. What a joke.

It’s not just you. It’s happening for a lot of people right now but apparently it’s due to server issues. On PC, people are switching to Asia servers and it has all their stuff still.

Same thing happening to my friend and I . We pre-installed and when we finally loaded in we have no skins and our levels are sent back to 1

Having the same issue on my account. Xbox level set back to 1, and all my skins, guns, and gear gone. Pretty bummed if this is permanent because cross progression was one of the reasons I came back after switching to PlayStation.

A couple of my friends on ps5 have the same issue. They’ve been playing since 2016, everything dissapeared even after linking the account with battle net. Blizzard what the heck is happening

I’ve lost everything also. What’s worse is that I can’t even log into the game anymore since changing battle.net accounts earlier. Wtf blizzard.

Same here. I’ve logged on my ps4 after the game upgrade, everything is DISAPPEARED !
Progress, items, … guys I’ve played since the DAY ONE, over than 2.5k hours… WTF BLIZZARD !

I stayed on the same console PlayStation and still lost all my stuff. My friend didn’t. Was having trouble at the beginning with my phone number even though I said it up before the launch.

It is literally insane that so many people are having this exact same issue. Like I’ve been playing and enjoying OW on my Xbox account since 2016 and had this account linked to my Battle Net account since cross-play was added way back when. The fact that it shows on my OW2 that my accounts are linked (which I’ve only ever had one account under one phone #) but still have lost all my old ow1 skins and progress is so annoying and frustrating. Not to mention now it’s forcing tutorials and locking old heroes on me is so degrading to us as experienced players.

Same here, not exactly the most dedicated of players but I had a fair few skins piled up over the years, all my stuff was gone after I linked my account.

Same here. I was hoping it would be preserved. However if this is an issue they are aware of, I only hope they are able to recover all of our lost progress
