i have finally earned enough points to get the golden gun for genji, but when I went to purchase it the game crashed and when I logged back in the gun was not unlocked and my points were gone, I lost 3000 points at 2 pm on the 14th of April I have tried logging out and in multiple times, uninstalling the game and redownloading it, but nothing worked I deserve to have those points back
