Hundreds of hours missing from my career profile. Sucks cuz I like to keep track of my progress and it still has not been fixed.

Yeah im experiencing this issue since the servers starting having hiccus and blizzard calling an emergency server maintenance , i saw a few other profiles having the same issue as well that i remember didn’t

Same for me. Especially the characters I played during the server crash seem to have had their hours decreased.

i also lost my hours i had a total of almost 400 hours on genji and 1.1k hours and now i have 40 hours on genji and 670 total hours

I also lost a lot of hours on most of my heroes. Like Cassidy was in the 100s and now its on 75 hours, Hanzo was 70+ and now its on 38 hours and with a lot more. Can blizzard even fix this and give our hours back?? Its so frustrating bc i love seeing my hours go up on my heroes i play. I had 4 heroes with 100+ hours and now its 3. Blizzard pls fix this stupid bug
I lost recently like 1000h, do we still don’t know nothing about this?
same problem here, i had 1,800 hours and lost 100H lol, also on some characters…

same here a lot of hours were deleted

Yeah I have the same issue. My playtime hours went down and lots of hours also went down on other heroes.
