Ok I’m pissed off been playing for 5-6 years lost all of my skins and gold guns, playing on same account and when played the beta there were there but no they are all gone

Holy Crap, that’s BS.
I lost a few skins but… geeze man.

I hope this crap gets fixed ASAP.

same thing happend to me and my friend. me having not played it for a while but my friend that have been playing it since launch got really pissed. so hopefully they fix it soon

Same. I play on the same account but i lost everything on my ps5

have been playing for 3 years and when i passed my ps4 account to PC i lost all, skins, heroes… is like if my account has restarted, I wrote to assistance 2 times and the have still not fixed i two weeks

same thats why i am considering a class action lawsuit

they are going to do the same thing to you they did to me, which is blame it on you saying… did you merge into the right account and when you say you only have 1 account and one system they ghost you.

After waiting 6 months I still do not have my items from overwatch 1! I understand that there was alot of people to get to but 6 months is a very long time and this is the 3rd report I have put in now I posted in the forum’s about 4+ months ago like I was told to but I am still waiting. I know that the support team is unable to grant me my items but surely someone can see why after 6 months this issue is still not sorted. This is a great way to lose a fan base. I also don’t understand how the support team is not able to forward the reports on to the developers as I thought that was apart of their job. I don’t understand how after all this time I still am no better off then I was 6 months ago I hope this gets sorted soon and people who have been made to wait this long should get some type of apology and given something free because it is being a joke how after all this time I still have nothing from overwatch 1.
