Oh Blizzard I love how You can loose connection to two quick play games in a row, but you coded the game to blame the player even when your server shuts down. Garbage.

Welcome to Overwatch mate… this is a broken game unfortunately! They don’t listen to players nor better the game. IT IS A FAILING GAME AND BROKEN AS HELL!

I can count on one hand how many times I’ve DC’d in 9 years. It’s one of the games strong points for me

Good for you, I play in asia. This is common even among my OW friends… Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. This is a server issue no doubt because even the enemy team complains about the crappy servers for at least 6-7 seasons now lol.
OW1 I cant remember ever being kicked from the server… but OW2 is a whole different experience. Even 1 game where 5 people where kicked all at the same time lol.

Not sure what special servers you connect too but this is an OW issue since I’ve started this game. Problem is Blizzard don’t actually care because all they doing is make the game “clunky” and unreliable! Don’t get me wrong and don’t attempt to have a go at me for saying this, I enjoy the game but it’s broken and Marvel Rivals is such a smooth and excellent experience and game to play. I have jumped in between the 2 games and there is a huge and I mean huge difference. Currently the waiting cue for a game in OW is roughly 4min! Ridiculous forsure and MR is within seconds I’m in a game… so no matter where you are, we should all experience the same old issues that OW presents!

As others in this thread are saying… I’ve been disconnected only twice during my many years of playing this game. But I’m on NA servers, so maybe that is the difference?
Yeah I’ve never seen that many people get DC’d at once, but at the same time, if I did see that many players leave, I’d just as easily assume they were butt hurt and left voluntarily lol
NA servers are their best by far.
Everywhere else though, terrible.
Was playing with a buddy on Xbox. He lost connection three times, but never was kicked out of the party.
Guess it was the OW servers.

even when i was playing from south america earlier in the year i wasnt having issues (other than the lag)
the queues can suck…ill give you that…but maybe this is just something i cant relate to…but its been very reliable for me over the years 
Not only can the que suck but the game itself sucks… I have been playing for a few years now and it seems I’m always in the weakest team match ups like a team that gets RUNNOVER! It’s the most bull crap in the world!
Well, you gotta take this approach and answer these questions to pull fault.
1 ) Are you playing on a wifi connection - if yes. They are not at fault.
2 ) are you playing on a shared connection with other people - if so, they are not at fault.
3 ) are you sharing your internet with other devices other than your main pc. If so. they are not at fault.
4 ) have you terminated windows update medic service and any other auto updates such as steam - if you have not. They are not at fault. (even though ms is pure crap and does this to people).
5 ) is your heatsink on your GPU and CPU clean and operational.
6 ) are your drivers stable when playing all other games.
7 ) Are you on a desktop - if so, there shouldn’t be overheating issues.
8 ) Is your ethernet cable making a solid clean connection where the pins are not bent and/or the cable has not been ran over by a chair. Free of cuts and abrasions, bends, twists and nicks.
9 ) Is the power coming into your pc stable and not on a circuit that pulses with a washing machine and/or dryer.
10 ) are there any known weather issues in the area.
11 ) Play the game on the lowest Graphics settings and see if that improves the issue.
12 ) The game probably needs at least 8-16GB of ram to run now. more like 16GB tbh.
13 ) Close down all running processes regarding web browsers, music clients. and adjust discord’s usage settings.
If you have met all of these above. Track your connection with ctrl-shift-n while playing Overwatch to record the server you are connecting to each time you start a match. if the connection drops. take that address and record it (ORD1, LAS1) etc.
Take the instances, and report it to the DATA CENTER itself. Blizzard leases regional servers, so often times they dont really care at their main offices what happens.
Wow do you work for Blizzard? My internet was fine. I have an app that tracks all of my network and there was no downtime on anything else. I play with Ethernet on my own private network that is only connected to this computer. Nothing is shared. I never have anything on the system auto update. Nothing ever goes on in the background. I just cleaned my GPU and CPU and inside my PC last month because I actually clean it every single month! My drivers are up to date! And they are fully stable on literally every single game on my system. I know this because I regularly check every single game to make sure they are always working. I am on desktop and I do have an app that keeps track of levels for everything because I monitor everything and levels for heat were in normal ranges. The ethernet cable Is solid, it doesnt even touch the floor. I have excellent cable managentment skills and let me tell you there is no way its not clean. I actually have an RJ45 ethernet cable tester that I use before I play each game to make sure the cable is good and it was fine. The power coming into my PC is clean, its on its own circut so nothing else is going to it, ie it has it’s own circut breaker, and Its plugged into a backup battery with sine wave so i make sure that it is clean. I am CA and the weather is fantastic! I already play on the lowest graphics even though I have an RX 6600 XT, and I have 64 GB of memory and on top of that I never run any other apps while playing OW, NOTHIING! I have already tracked my connection as a do It every single time with ctrl-shft-n, and I have hundreds of logs going back many years.
Please tell me what I did wrong though.

To answer all your questions by just giving you 1 answer, the GAME IS BROKEN! As mentioned I don’t get this on Marvel Rivals end of all you questions I hope I have answered all your questions fair lol!

They were literally mid cooldown lol. 2 of them I was queued with and they didnt disconnect from discord. I wouldnt complain if this happened on occasion but it literally happens once every 3-4 games sometime on my team sometimes on the enemy team. It would sometime happen near the end of the game and they will get suspended too lol.
Yeah end of a game is always the worst and then the suspension for something that a player didn’t do… how silly and useless is that lol! I still play the game but this game is honestly broken and blizzard needs to pay attention! And it literally just happened to me as I posted this message what a JOKE! Maybe it’s time to switch off and play Marvel Rivals.

Sounds like you did your part and can prove easily that they really are doing bad at what they’d do.
I’d track it back to their data center and give the people they lease a call or rent from. Present your facts and tell them they are doing a terrible job and should go back to Cisco academy.
MR has solid servers I never once disconnected. Even APEX servers are better, if your server situation is worse then an EA game then you know your in trouble lol.
