I have been kicked numerous times in the past, lost matches, stats, and the ability to play in comp matches due to a “lost connection to match server”. It can happen mid match with no lag and even before I’ve had a chance to pick my hero. I have been banned for an hour just now, and I don’t understand why it keeps happening. It’s frustrating, and I would like an answer; otherwise, the game is unplayable because it kicks me for no reason. I have my router directly connected to my PC, no one else is using the wifi at times, and nothing else is open on my computer. I have tried lowering graphics to limit lag and the chance of there being a crash. I’ve complained about this in the past, and there was no answer other than people thinking it’s an internet issue on my end. The game will play fine the whole time, then the red disconnection symbol appears on the side of the screen, I am able to play for a few seconds with that symbol on, everyone on the game is playing normally, there is no evidence of lag or a crash occurring other than that symbol, then boom I’m sent to the main loading screen, it takes about 10-20 seconds and it launches the game again, I am at the main screen asking me if I want to rejoin the match, I click rejoin match and I am back in the game losing all stats, ultimate progress and losing whatever my last position was in the match. The most recent crash I had which has gotten me banned for an hour, I wasn’t even loaded into the match, didn’t even get the chance to pick a hero and I got the message, “lost connection to sever match”. Then once my game had loaded in I attempted to rejoin the match but because I crashed right away before the game had started the match was cancelled due to a player leaving (aka me) and I have a 1 hour ban. I would like for this issue to be looked into, the next time it happens I can attempt to get pictures to show what I see on my end and for there to be a resolution because speaking with other players on the platform I found I am not the only one who has this issue.
Thank you
