Lost connection to game server

I try to play the game and I’ll press play and it will get to entering game but it says lost connection to game server with error code (LC-202) i restarted my router and PlayStation but still says the same thing.I am able to play other games so I am confused.

Hey batafire,

Some players have had luck using Google DNS:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Go to “Network”
  3. Go to “Set Up Internet Connection” and use the following settings:
  • Select Wifi/LAN depending on what you use to connect.
  • Select “Custom”.
  • IP Address Settings = Automatic
  • DHCP Host Name = Do Not Specify
  • DNS Settings = Manual
    • Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
    • Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
  • MTU Settings: Automatic
  • Proxy Server: Do Not Use
  1. Run the connection test. Power down PS4 for 10 minutes. Restart and try the game.

Hey there,

I noticed your console account is not linked to the Blizzard account being used to post. I have seen the LC-202 error due to syncing issues between Microsoft and Blizzard. Try linking the account on this page, it may help.
