When i connect to the game i can only see the few progress i did in overwatch 2 and all the Characters are unlocked but i actually played a lot of Overwatch 1 back and bought a lot of skin and loot Crate and everything is desapear from the account now, i could help the Dev by providing Paypal username or crédit card number to be able to track the payments i did several years ago, to maybe find the right account or something else to get my things back.
Takes time for everything to be visible again you will see time and regular stats from ow1 but you cant check further back than s1 in ow2 in s2 all my stats from s30 and upp got depeted from stats and comp tab i can still see the stats if i push see all seasons but cant check them separately

Has been a problem sense release that randome skins appear and disappear especially in the beginning of a new season right now is a problem for everyone that skins doesnt show up in hero gallery have this problem mostly on all tanks for me they fix it eventually this season has an absurd amount of buggs like invisible walls on some maps skins with no sound or voice line sounds terrain being a black square instead of a object heros not loading in or randomly turns to glowing orbs the reports has been crazy all season and some countries cant even join servers
Wow i dont even have the skin tab on a few heros and everyone else is showing skin1/1 or 4/4 but i have more skins when i click on it examples it shows 3/3 on genji but i have 6 available skin to pick im missing 2 skins there right now its not your account something is really wrong with hero gallary a few sections shows 0 on highlights and weapon charms and gold/emeralds guns is not available on any hero
So what, i take all the money that i spend in this game and shove it? That is Nice and convenient for Them …
