I lost multiple gamepass skins like Heihu genji faun Lucio and the orisa one and idk how to get them back but I have most the other ones still
With game pass, you only get skins and cosmetics from the last 3 seasons. so once it’s been longer than 3 seasons, they will disappear from your account so this would probably be the reason

Dont you own them as long as you keep paying for gamwpass? i dont use it but my brother does he never buys skins or bp in games he still has mercys bee skin and cardboard rein but the first genji skin that got added with gamepass disappeared after a few days for him so maybe somethings wrong with gamepass and the games being linked
You get to keep some skins but most skins are temporary.
