Hello, I have now made over 10 tickets because of the same issue spanning almost 8 months. This is due to the deletion of all my progress from OverWatch 1 & 2. After making a ticket I was originally told to swap my Xbox connected account to make sure it was the correct one. This solved nothing and made the Cool Down Period start on my other one. Then after 2 weeks of back and forth with no help. I learned that it was an issue with a lot of players and the patch was released to fix it but because I was told to switch accounts it didn’t work for me. Then just recently I switched back to the original account (Same Battlenet and Xbox), but still got nothing back. The last ticket said I can switch accounts any time. This solves nothing and doesn’t adress the actual issue of losing all my progress. All I want is my progress back or a reasonable explanation with a potential for compensation.
