I joined a game as DPS, but I got dced from it, then came back and rejoined, won the game, and now I lost exactly 50 SR. I actually think that I even lost SR in the other queues. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F**K IS THIS BLIZZARD?
How much time you took to rejoin the match? I think after 2min (could be wrong with the time) you will still lose SR, even if you win
It could have been possibly more than 2mins, but that is just retarded. We won the game and I lost 50 SR, and also in the other queues. Wtf is this, I did not pay to be diminished like this.

No. They lost the first round without me. Then I came back and won the next rounds thanks to me. Good try, but no.

If you really DC’d past the supposed 2 min threshold then you probably shouldn’t be playing comp until your connection is fixed. Happens to the best of us, move on.

Wasn’t my conmection. It was the lights on my house, that never happens so there’s no real way to fix it cause it’s not something that has to be fixed in the first place. Also, will upload a VOD as proof in a sec. Although I don’t f*cking get how could someone be lying about this.
I can confirm that the 2 min threshold does work. My power blinked out during a game a couple days ago. I rebooted and was back in game in about 45s-1min and I gained normal SR when we won, no leaver penalty.
Doesn’t matter why. A DC is a DC, a leave is a leave. Cause is irrelevant. If you were gone more than 2 minutes, you get penalized. Move on.

Also, no. Abandoning your team is a leave. DCing, coming back and winning is NOT a leave, and there’s no logic behind punishing that. I’m not moving on from something that has no good reason behind. There are so many things in this game that could be improved in a few minutes that are outraging to anyone with more than two neurons.

You were gone 2 minutes. What transpires after is irrelevant. That’s the punishment for DCing and not coming back within that time frame.
You aren’t getting your SR back. Only way that happens is to play more games. Railing on the forum will yield zero positive result for you.
Not trying to be a dick, though i’m sure it’s coming across that way, its simply the reality of the situation.
Option 1) Aggravate yourself on the forums, then move on.
Option 2) Skip the extra aggravation and just move on.

It is indeed irrelevant for the system, but it shouldn’t be that way. It doesn’t make sense and does not help anyone. I think by talking this more and more on the forums, we could get some attention from the devs and maybe, only maybe, they can for once use their brains and acknowledge that this system produces results that have no logic at all, which means it is a faulty system and has to be changed.

But the rule produces results that have no logic at all. That’s what I’m trying to say and nobody’s able to deny it. The system is faulty, and there’s no point on keeping a system that does not work as intended. Doesn’t matter if it affects me or any other person, and it does not matter a bit if you like it or not.

Except that for every one of you, who miraculously helps their team win after 2 minutes or more of absence, there are dozens and dozens of others who directly cause their team to lose.
The rule is not in place for the exceptions, it’s in place to protect as many people as possible.
Sucks you lost SR, but if anything the penalties are too lax.
